About The Position

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager in our Prevention & Recovery from Early Psychosis (PREP) program in Provo, Utah, where you'll play a key role in supporting individuals experiencing early psychosis. Requirements

  • Applicants must meet ONE of the following: Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire. Associate's degree or equivalent and working toward SSW licensure Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic understanding of Social Work principles
  • Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
  • Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
  • Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
  • After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing.
  • Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive assessments and assist in creating individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing case management, follow-ups, and support to clients and their families
  • Coordinate services, referrals, and community resources tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate daily with therapists, psychiatrists, and other team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and treatment planning discussions
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation, progress notes, and care records
  • Support clients in developing coping skills, navigating challenges, and working toward stability and recovery
