About The Position
This position will be based out of our Houston County Day Treatment Clinic in Dothan Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm. Responsibilities: The Case Manager will provide services to consumers in our supportive housing program. Provide transportation for consumers as needed Teach basic living skills Assist consumers in accessing appropriate community resources as needed Updating client records using an electronic clinical record system
Requirements
- BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field
- Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI/Reckless driving conviction for the previous (3) years. Will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR.
- Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
- Must be willing to complete Case Management Training through the Alabama Departmental of Mental Health and obtain certification
Nice To Haves
- Previous case management experience is preferred but not required
