About The Position
This position is a case manager of all activities listed under the WIOA contract. Must maintain required caseload, complete documentation in a timely manner, and document accurate communication logs and progress notes. This position is responsible for a caseload of applications which include enrolling, tracking, supportive services, and collecting I9, worksite, training plan, agreement, evaluation, and timesheets along with following up for one year post-completion as per mandate. Provides information and referral assistance regarding available support from appropriate social service agencies and/or community programs. Identifies participant strengths and barriers to stability and assists participants in reducing barriers and linking to resources and services. Serves as a liaison to the Land of Sky staff in the absence of the Lead Case Manager and Coordinator. This position coordinates the best career paths in either Curriculum or Con Education programs. Please note this is a time limited grant funded position that will run through 10/10/2026.
