Requirements

Prior experience in tax resolution case management
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in CRM systems and technology-driven workflows

Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of tax resolution clients from onboarding through completion
Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and setting expectations
Collaborate with enrolled agents and internal departments to advance cases
Maintain organization in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Achieve monthly resolution goals while delivering excellent client service
