About The Position
The Case Manager RN PRN Registered Nurse at Parkland Medical Center is responsible for providing Utilization Review and Case Management functions. This role involves working under the direction of the Director of Case Management to perform preadmission, concurrent, and retrospective reviews for all payers, as well as conducting assessments to identify discharge-planning needs and providing discharge-planning services for select patient populations. The Case Manager collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans for patients from admission to discharge.
