Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Registered Nurse within the state with current license
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, with the capability to lift to 50 to 100 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Works with Talent Acquisition team to recruit and interview qualified staff to service the patient population.
  • In conjunction with the Education Team, appropriately orients and trains newly hired staff.
  • Supervises Pediatric Field Supervisor and all field RNs and LPNs.
  • Performs all payroll functions necessary to ensure proper payment of staff.
  • Reviews and utilizes reports to identify and correct errors on a timely basis to ensure correct billing and payroll.
  • Conducts caregiver performance assessments during client visits as needed.
  • Performs annual reviews of all staff with input from Field Supervisor, as appropriate.
  • Works with Billing, Authorization, Eligibility and Billing Readiness teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Performs CTM Workflow in Homecare Homebase.
  • Completes data set information, as assigned, regarding patient including but not limited to Transfer to Inpatient Facility, Death in Home, Resumption of Care, Discharge and Follow-Up.
  • Performs and documents nursing service delivery related to patient admission and re-certification, if applicable, including the Plan of Care.
  • Ensures documentation reflects individualized patient/family learning needs, developmental levels, cultural and social practices.
