About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Recovery Support Coordinator, the Residential Case Manager will provide case management and crisis intervention services for the Recovery House services, sponsored by the Chemical Abuse Services Agency, Inc. The purpose of this program is to offer services that will prevent formally homeless and disabled individuals from becoming homeless again, to work with residents to improve their quality of life, to help create a positive residential community living environment and to support residents in the process to ensure permanent housing. This will be a highly collaborative model of support services focusing on linking residents to community mental health, substance abuse, medical resources, and developing vocational programming. Thus, maintaining community relationships and working collaboratively is an integral element of this position.
