We are looking for a Case Manager Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) - Employment Specialist who exemplifies that mission, and who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference. The Case Manager Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) - Employment Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing individual programs to maximize the clients’ independent community living skills. Responsible for coordinating services to meet criteria of Milestone, SEP, and IPS (Individual Placement Services) by following the guidelines of IPS, and the Employment First Program to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining employment that is consistent with their preferences. Engages in job development/networking in the community approximately 65% of the work week. Complete daily documentation of employment services activities provided in accordance with state and agency standards as applicable. Expected to work with the clinical team within the agency to ensure a positive client-centered approach. A minimum of one Client Centered Consultation is required by all treatment team staff to ensure collaboration across programs with regular updates to maintain this collaboration.
