We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys keeping things on track behind the scenes. Legal experience is not required – we will provide training for the right candidate. The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will support attorneys during the early stages of a case, from initial client intake through pre-litigation. This role works closely with the legal team to keep cases organized, ensure timely communication, and help move matters forward efficiently. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are important, as the Case Manager will regularly speak with clients, answer questions, and provide updates on their case. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and staying organized. The Case Manager plays an important part in supporting the legal team and helping deliver a positive experience for clients.
