Telecare San Diego’s behavioral health program is a 24/7, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis. The Case Manager Masters coordinates service needs and collaborates with other services and agencies. They also complete assessments and determine the appropriate level of services for new members served. Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams.
