About The Position

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director, the clinical associate will perform retrospective reviews for payors, utilizing the current documentation system and enter the appropriate ICD/CPT and DRG when indicated. May be occasions when it will be necessary to work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and/or on-call/call-back status. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Requirements

• 5 years of varied clinical experience.
• Basic Computer skills are required, additional college hours preferred.
• Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Nice To Haves

• Coding experience preferred, Inpatient or outpatient.
