The Case Manager II plays a vital role in MidPen’s Resident Services team, supporting residents in supportive housing to maintain stability and achieve self-sufficiency. This role is essential to MidPen’s mission of providing high-quality, affordable housing and fostering thriving communities. Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, the Case Manager II works closely with residents, property management, and community partners to deliver impactful services.
