Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a full‑time Case Manager to join our dynamic Homeless Services team and grow your clinical career while doing the essential “groundwork” that drives real change. In this role, you will provide low‑barrier, comprehensive case management within a drop‑in center setting, offering crisis intervention, needs assessment, and connection to vital resources, including healthcare, housing, financial assistance, and behavioral health services. You’ll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team of peer specialists, case managers, therapists, housing navigators, a milieu counselor, and client service representatives—united by a shared commitment to trauma‑informed care, harm reduction, and the Housing First model. The ideal candidate embraces challenges, demonstrates empathy and cultural humility, actively seeks supervision and team support, and brings strong communication, time‑management, and collaboration skills to navigate complex client needs with compassion and professionalism. Together, we are expanding innovative programs that create stability, dignity, and lasting pathways to care for our community. Schedule. This position is fully Onsite/In-person. We offer flexible work arrangements, either a 5 x 8-hour workweek (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) or a 4 x 10-hour workweek. This schedule may be adjusted based on client and community needs. Salary for this role. The starting wage is based on experience and company equity. Paid bi-weekly. $21.03 - $31.56 per hour Bilingual Language Differential Pay. Employees who successfully pass a language assessment are eligible to receive bilingual differential pay. This differential is provided as a fixed amount of $3,000 per calendar year, paid on a bi‑weekly basis across 26 pay periods, and prorated based on hire date and full‑time equivalency (FTE). Eligibility and payment are subject to the language requirements of the position and the employee’s demonstrated proficiency in the language.
