For decades, we’ve helped newcomers find their footing — and now, we’re looking for someone special to walk with the Haitian community on that same journey. We’re hiring a Case Manager – Haitian Community to serve as a trusted guide and advocate — helping families not just survive, but truly thrive. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be much more than a case manager — you’ll be a community connector. Every day, your work will make a direct impact on lives — helping people find stability, hope, and a sense of belonging.
Requirements
- You are fluent in Haitian Creole and English, and your heart is rooted in service.
- You understand the power of compassion and the importance of cultural connection.
- You’re patient, resourceful, and driven by purpose — someone who finds joy in helping others rebuild their lives with dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to Haitian individuals and families — helping them access housing, healthcare, employment, and education.
- Conduct outreach and build partnerships with Haitian-led organizations, churches, and service providers.
- Host workshops in Haitian Creole to educate and empower community members.
- Advocate for families to ensure they receive the services, respect, and resources they deserve.
