The RN Case Manager - Hospice position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing care of hospice patients in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This role offers full-time hours with a flexible schedule, allowing self-scheduling and empowering nurses to utilize their skills. The position is available in the Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and Central WI areas, with a competitive wage of up to $45/hr based on experience and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the Sheboygan area.
