Specifically, the position will serve as the primary staff support for the EOC's subcommittee on electioneering conduct, which will include managing reports of electioneering misconduct, conducting related investigations, and providing accurate and timely communications about case outcomes. Additionally, this position will support and lead EMCC/CRC's review of reports of ethics-related misconduct, including providing support for investigations and accurate and timely communication about assigned case outcomes. The balance of service to these committees' functions will be based on caseloads and the urgency of work. This is a complex, detail-oriented, sensitive, collaborative, and fast-paced support function within a highly visible department. This position reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Governance, requiring strong collaboration and coordination with both the Senior Manager of Ethics and the Senior Manager of Elections. As a member of IEEE's Corporate Governance team, they must be a valued participant by identifying and facilitating ways to innovate and strengthen IEEE and collaborating cooperatively and comfortably with internal and external IEEE stakeholders to achieve IEEE's goals successfully.
