The Case Manager within the Department of Justice (DOJ) plays a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing the progress of cases from initiation to resolution. This position will interact directly with clients, legal professionals, and various agencies to ensure cases are managed efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. IS Case Managers are expected to complete the COIL training and become accredited Department of Justice (DOJ) representative within 6 months of hire. This role is typically office-based with regular hours, though occasional travel and flexible scheduling may be required to meet client and agency needs. Case Managers should be prepared to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
