About The Position

As the Case Manager for children's services, you could be that person. The Case Manager coordinates, plans and implements services to support children and families in accomplishing their treatment goals, including skill building, advocacy, and resource connection. Requirements

• An Associate's Degree and two years of experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to establish and maintain supportive relationships with children, youth, and families.
• Knowledge on how to provide holistic and therapeutic case management services.
• Experience working in the mental health field.
