About The Position
Join Our Team as a Case Manager! Are you passionate about supporting Behavioral Health & Justice Involved Populations and making a real difference in their lives? EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 79,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Case Manager to join the Brooklyn Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities Program. The Case Manager is responsible for court liaison, assessment, referral and monitoring of clients involved in the criminal justice system into appropriate treatment modalities, management of a caseload, conducting cognitive behavioral interventions and providing HIV/Hep C interventions and referrals to testing.
