About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 1 year of experience in mental health required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related mental health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing linkage, monitoring, planning, and advocacy for appropriate mental health and community medical and social services.
• Coordinating the service delivery system for patients.
• Providing residents, faculty, and community mental health practitioners with up-to-date available referral resources to ensure continuity of care.
• Medical care coordination.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
