About The Position
The Case Management Rep performs various administrative and clerical duties related to the completion of incomplete admission folders of inpatients and observation patients. Coordinates the issuance of the second Important Message from Medicare to all Medicare beneficiaries who are hospital inpatients prior to planned discharge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 2 Years Clinical - Acute Care Or Healthcare - Acute Care Or Healthcare Required
