About The Position

This position is part of the Adult Community Services program, focusing on helping individuals develop skills for personal growth and recovery. The role emphasizes teamwork and supports individuals in their pursuit of independence by assisting with daily living skills and domestic responsibilities.

Requirements

• GED/H.S Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of human service experience required.
• Previous experience with the Representative Payee System preferred.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people.
• Excellent oral and presentation skills.
• Leadership talent and the ability to delegate effectively.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Knowledge of recovery model oriented curriculums (DBT, WRAP) desired.
• Valid Driver's License with a reliable, properly insured vehicle required for business use.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the Representative Payee System.
