Requirements

Licensed attorney in Washington
Working at a PI firm for 1 year
Work well with others and have strong communication skills
Work well under pressure
Organized
Good at multitasking
Eager to learn
Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate liability, insurance availability, and treatment plan
Build client relationships and communicate with clients and family members during pre- litigation
Conduct investigations – collect and analyze evidence in order to determine all potential claims and liability, potential defendants, and insurance coverages
Conduct legal research
Investigate facts of loss, and research application of case law
Analyze, manage, and review evidence to assess liability and determine case plan
Draft government claim forms and demand letters
Communicate with adjusters; draft correspondence as needed
Serve as a backup resource for case management leadership, providing support as needed and assisting with client intake calls
