Join our Snohomish County Human Services Team! We are hiring for full-time FLSA non-exempt Case Management Aide in our Aging & Disability Services Division. We are looking for folks passionate about assisting Case Managers to obtain Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and make referrals for home environmental modifications for aging and disabled clients, assist Case Managers with Monitor Plan Calls and 30-Day Home Visits/Calls. Job Offers are contingent on successful completion of reference and background checks. Snohomish County will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this opportunity.
