About The Position
A Case Facilitator I – Adult operates under supervision of the assigned Area Director or designated QBHP/LP. A member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, primary job duties include providing case management and activities of daily living skills to adult consumers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must meet OBHP requirements = Two years' experience in mental health or community services preferred.
- Valid state issued driver's license.
