About The Position

Our Case Dock Laborer will supply empty cases to the plant to maintain/improve efficiency standards. They are critical roles for our Distribution Center to ensure we get product to our customers, timely. This job requires someone who enjoys working closely with others and can communicate effectively. We are looking for individuals who don’t mind working hard and in cold temperatures of 34 degrees to move and load product for our customers. This is a very physical position; you won’t need a gym!

Requirements

• Must be organized and detail-oriented with Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, OT
• Minimum age: 18
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Empty cases from the trailers while stacking the empty pallets and then washing the trailer out.
• Keep the work area neat and clean at all times during the shift.
• Clean the case washers on a daily basis to ensure the proper cleaning of cases being supplied to the plant.
• Check and document the case washer temperature.
• Check and document cleaning solution concentration at least once per shift according to the Master Sanitation schedule.
• Complete all assigned paperwork.
