About The Position

The Case Stack Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our Dallas Plant, ensuring that all products are properly stacked and prepared for distribution. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the stacking process. The operator will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize production flow. Additionally, the Case Stack Operator will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts the overall productivity and efficiency of our dairy operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate machinery.
  • The required skills for this position include mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, which are essential for operating and monitoring case stacking machinery effectively.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and reporting production metrics.
