As a Case Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact to financial professionals and internal/ wholesalers who submit new applications on behalf of clients purchasing financial products. This role is responsible for ensuring applications and fund transfer documents meet all regulatory standards and client information is full and complete. We provide valuable financial tools and insurance products for our clients. In doing so, we want to ensure our risk assumptions and regulatory requirements are fully addressed at point of sale. Remote – This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer‑focused service during our core hours. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
