Technicians at BFC Solutions perform filter changes, coil cleaning, refrigeration case cleaning, and other preventative maintenance services — helping facilities operate cleaner, more efficiently, and sustainably. We are seeking a hardworking, professional, and self-motivated Case Cleaning Technician to join our nationwide service team. This role involves performing refrigeration and display case cleaning, routine maintenance tasks, and onsite service at customer locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, willing to travel up to 90% of the time, and skilled with hand tools and time management.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to90%+ of the time and work overnight as needed.
• Proficient with hand tools, basic mechanical tasks, and facility maintenance.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work independently and complete tasks to quality standards.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to stay productive with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (for company vehicle usage).
• Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50lbsregularly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, HVAC/coils/case cleaning, or related field service work.
• Experience working at heights or with ladders.
• Prior travel and remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration/display case cleaning services, including removal of dirt, debris, and buildup from cases and trays.
• Travel extensively to client sites across assigned territories — primarily overnight and out-of-town travel required.
• Use hand tools and service equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and office staff regarding schedules, service reports, and job completion status.
• Meet daily productivity expectations while managing time efficiently.
• Provide professional, high-quality service representing BFC Solutions to our customers.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
