The Gist Our Case Analyst supports compliance and law enforcement activities related to petitioning and approved institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree + 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust
  • Must be able to travel to DC a min of 4x per week

Responsibilities

  • Support team as they conduct compliance and law enforcement actions for petitioning and approved institutions
  • Conduct open-source analysis to guide Federal Adjudicative decisions
  • Conduct review of Initial, Update, and Recertification Petitions in government database SEVIS
  • Update and maintain all records in the government database and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) database
  • Collect and record data and develop decision support content, services, or products
  • Provide general administrative support for multiple tasks that include but are not limited to meeting preparations and email management support
  • Respond to inquiries from the SEVP Response Center to provide status updates and/ or guidance on pending petitions in SEVIS
