About The Position

The Case Aide position at the City of San Antonio involves assisting with the simpler aspects of cases under general direction. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (recognized by the Texas Education Agency or a regional accrediting agency).
• Three (3) years of experience with a social service agency or promoting a health program.
• Valid Class 'C' Texas Driver's License.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Makes and takes referrals from different agencies and the general public.
• Makes presentations to community groups explaining assistance programs and may participate in health fairs, meetings, and community board activities.
• Coordinates and conducts special events.
• Completes and submits reports.
• Answers phones and provides information about programs and performs brief intakes.
• Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
