The position involves developing, coordinating, and executing a marketing calendar for Auxiliary Services, which includes Dining, C-Store, Retail, Carriage House, and Vending/Laundry. The role requires implementing promotions and pop-up concepts to enhance the guest experience, monitoring multiple unit performances, and identifying opportunities for improvements. The individual will provide promotional opportunities for downtown dollar vendors, update CAS webpages, and support Laundry/Vending maintenance tickets. Additionally, the role includes working with Champlin Dining on menu layout and weekly uploads to the webpage, conducting focus groups, administering customer surveys, and promoting the work of CAS in relation to the campus mission. Maintaining positive partnerships with campus student groups and organizations is also essential. Some travel may be required, and the individual will perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director while adhering to campus and CAS policies and procedures.
