Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or other similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in client accounting services, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to manage their day-to-day accounting and financial needs.
  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for assigned client accounts.
  • Perform payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in hours worked, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Assist in developing and applying accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve timely and efficient completion of client projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in process improvements to support operational efficiency within the department.
