Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and react to customer preferences
- Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Ability to work outdoors on your feet for several hours at a time
Responsibilities
- Work the point of sale
- Greet and check-in carwash guests
- Sell carwashes, memberships and merchandise to customers
- Explain the differences between offerings to customers
- Visually inspect cars before they enter the carwash
- Be attentive and always maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkers
- Complete daily checklists to keep our facility clean and organized
- Scrub and pre-wash cars before they enter the carwash tunnel
- Guide cars onto the carwash conveyor
- Make sure customers put cars in neutral, turn windshield wipers off, take foot off the brake and take hands off the steering wheel once car is loaded on the conveyor
- Be polite and available to address any customer concerns in a professional manner
- Give customers information about carwash packages and club memberships
- Complete daily checklists to keep our carwash facility clean
