About The Position
We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Car Wash Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing the Car Wash facility within the Convenience Retailing Business, enabling profitable growth and sales. The Car Wash Site Manager role requires a top-performing self-directed professional who possesses strong business acumen with prior experience managing and growing car wash sales.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of car wash systems and business operations.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical aspects of equipment.
- High Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- The ability to work overtime as required.
- Valid Driver License.
- Will require being outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to move and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Daily heavy lifting, kneeling, standing, for long periods, kneeling.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and staff scheduling to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and vendor relationships to support operational needs.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain car wash systems and equipment as needed.
