About The Position

The position involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate credit card program types and application processes, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The role also includes providing customer service by acknowledging the Customer/Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the car wash/gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing signage, and handling claims and returns in accordance with company policies. The employee will receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, operate equipment such as cash registers, and maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to Members.
• Provide customer service by acknowledging and assisting Customers/Members.
• Maintain the car wash/gas station area by cleaning and organizing.
• Handle claims and returns in accordance with company policies.
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Operate cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases.
• Maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment.
