About The Position

As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. Route Sales Delivery Drivers are full-time positions that are responsible for selling and delivering Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck. Key goals include safety, sales and credit volume, customer service and in-store merchandising execution. The route start time will start as early as 3am and averages 10-12 stops a day - this is subject to change at any time. Must be able to work Saturday's during peak season.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first.
• Minimally 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb in and out of the truck and carry goods weighing up to 50 pounds.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• A CDL-B permit is preferred prior to start.
• Previous DSD experience is a bonus.

Nice To Haves

• CDL-B license.

• Compensation range: $46,985.45 - $63,568.55.
• Reimbursement for CDL-B permit fee after 30 days of employment.
