Carton Structural Designer
About The Position
CCL Healthcare is a global leader in packaging solutions, serving some of the world's most recognized pharmaceutical, consumer, and retail brands. We help products stand out on shelves-and ensure medicines are delivered safely and effectively through innovative folding carton designs. What You'll Do: Create innovative carton designs that are structurally sound, functional, and visually appealing. Prototype and test new packaging concepts in partnership with internal teams. Ensure packaging is compatible with die cutting, gluing, and manufacturing equipment. Partner with sales, customers, and suppliers to develop packaging solutions. Stay current with design trends, materials, and sustainable packaging practices. Document and archive your work for repeatable success and compliance. What We're Looking For: A degree in Packaging Science, Industrial Design, or related field. Experience with ArtiosCAD (training available for entry-level designers). A strong mix of creativity and technical skill. Great communication and collaboration abilities. Eagerness to grow and learn in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Document and archive your work for repeatable success and compliance.
