As a Cart Runner at Festival Foods, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by assisting guests with parcel pick-up and ensuring carts are readily available. As a Cart Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service while contributing to a friendly and inviting shopping experience.

Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with associates and customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment to perform the job efficiently.
• Product Integrity: Ability to bag efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
• Ability to stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment.
• Be friendly, courteous, and cooperative while effectively communicating with associates and customers.
• Maintain Guest Services expectations and standards.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, returning them to the store in all weather conditions.
• Perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience.
• Share customer requests with management to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support superior customer service initiatives.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule.
