Requirements

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with associates and customers.
• Attention to detail, including the ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment to perform the job efficiently.
• Ability to bag efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk in the store, bend, stoop, and lift or push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment.
• Be friendly, courteous, and cooperative while effectively communicating with associates and customers.
• Maintain Guest Services expectations and standards.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, returning them to the store in all weather conditions.
• Perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience.
• Share customer requests with management to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support superior customer service initiatives.
• Honor commitments with regular, timely attendance.
