Job Title : Cart Runner II (Full Time) Reports to : Guest Services Manager As a Cart Runner at Festival Foods, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by assisting guests with parcel pick-up and ensuring carts are readily available. Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
• Deliver Outstanding Experiences : Provide prompt, friendly service to all guest s by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring carts are readily available.
• Maintain Product Knowledge : Assist guest s by offering accurate information about product locations, reinforcing our guest -first culture.
• Safeguard Company Assets : Ensure proper collection of shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, regardless of weather conditions.
• Perform Parcel Pickup : Promptly assist guest s with parcel pick-up services, making their shopping experience seamless.
• Ensure Quality : Meet our quality and quantity expectations, ensuring 100% coverage by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Support the Team : Other duties as assigned.
