As a Part Time Golf Cart Attendant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will collaborate with Supervisors and Management to ensure every member and guest enjoys an unforgettable experience when visiting our courses. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping abilities.
- Team player, capable of working independently and with others.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication).
- High guest/client interaction required.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and safely operate a golf cart.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Golf knowledge and service experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily golf preparation, cart maintenance, and record keeping.
- Oversee bag room and assist with guest equipment transfers.
- Transport, clean, and charge golf carts.
- Set up and maintain practice range stations; pick and clean balls.
- Monitor pace of play and assist guests with GPS, course markings, and amenities.
- Ensure course supplies, restrooms, and stations are stocked and clean.
- Support golf operations, including valet parking, outing setup, and guest services.
- Assist course staff and perform additional duties as assigned.
