About The Position
Our Carryout Teammates are responsible for taking food and beverage orders for all Guests placing carryout orders including packing and checking orders for accuracy, collecting payment and ensuring all aspects of professional food service and Guest satisfaction are met. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, aims to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. The company pioneered casual dining and emphasizes creating lasting memories for guests and supporting the community through initiatives like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The role is part of the Front of the House team, which welcomes Guests into an Italian Americana experience, with a primary goal of making Guests feel special. The work environment is described as fast-paced and requires energetic service, staying upbeat, and putting guests first, sometimes involving long days and hoisting heavy plates.
