Our Carry-out Specialists provide excellent guest service over the phone and in person. They are responsible for answering incoming calls to the restaurant and providing appropriate service. This role involves greeting guests as they enter the restaurant and seating them as needed. Specialists provide menus and take orders over the phone or in-person, or through a mobile device. They handle all To-Go, Curbside, and third-party delivery orders, ensuring that all food items ordered are included and meet food presentation standards, along with providing garnishments and utensils. Additionally, they process transactions within the point of sale system accurately and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the counters, main entrance, and lobby. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is the responsibility for restocking carry-out items at the beginning and end of shifts. Maintaining a positive, courteous, and upbeat attitude with a sense of urgency is crucial, as is working as a team to help out where needed.
