About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Shape the culture of the Carry Out and work towards high employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
  • Achieve all budgeted financial goals, including income, sales, costs, and P&L management.
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop Carry Out team members in all aspects of the business.
  • Supervise Carry Out Manager and have ultimate responsibility in all areas.
  • Work with team members to create a positive guest experience and assist with guest needs.
  • Develop plans to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores.
  • Implement and supervise responsible cash management for the location.
  • Schedule Carry Out team members in a cost-effective manner.
  • Coordinate special events, drop-off catering, and carry-out orders.
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines for the location.
  • Responsible for inventory maintenance, purchasing, and receiving.
  • Monitor and maintain high quality of service and food.
  • Supervise repair and maintenance of the store and report safety concerns.
  • Provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding service failures or guest concerns.
  • Ensure the location is prepared based on daily business needs.
  • Lead and attend required meetings and delegate responsibilities with approval.
