Spectrum Support is an agency that helps people with disabilities to live, learn, work, and engage in activities within their communities. The Youth and Employment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating vocational services for youth and adults with disabilities, including job readiness and training, career discovery, and retention services for persons seeking employment. Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree within human services or related industry is required. Consideration given to internal candidates who have demonstrated competence and relevant experience, including assisting youth and adults with obtaining post-secondary certifications and/or degrees. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 points
  • adequate levels of vehicle insurance and personal vehicle
  • must maintain active cell phone
  • travel throughout and among counties
  • Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree within human services or related industry is required.
