About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working with Microsoft Suites such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience in an office setting is required working with multiline phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls from carriers and customers regarding compliance issues, such as documentation requirements, safety regulations, and delivery procedures.
• Conducting outbound calls to verify shipment details, resolve compliance discrepancies, and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
• Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of compliance-related activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and compliance, to address customer and carrier inquiries in a timely manner.
• Identifying trends or recurring issues and recommending process improvements to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.
