The Carrier Sales Representative will be responsible for building a qualified carrier network, negotiating competitive rates, and matching capacity to customer freight in real time. Without this dedicated role, it will unable to reliably secure trucks, maintain service levels, or protect margins on customer shipments which would significantly delay the launch and growth of the brokerage. This position will also manage execution activities such as dispatching, tracking and tracing, issue resolution, and communication with both carriers and internal stakeholders
