Requirements

  • Confident decision-making abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to drivers and transportation companies to determine availability
  • Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to secure the best possible pricing
  • Manage daily shipments by accurately documenting details in the system and communicating to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
  • Communicate proactively and honestly with customers and carriers to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide top-tier customer service
  • Develop new carrier relationships and grow existing partnerships
