Requirements

Responsibilities

• Follow designated loads from start to finish, including communication via phone calls, e-mails, and texts.
• Relay information to Account Managers along with documentation of loads.
• Update ETAs for arrival and departure as provided by the carrier.
• Make daily transit calls to ensure timely updates.
• Request Proof of Delivery (POD) and invoices upon delivery of a load.
• Engage in problem-solving and conflict resolution as issues arise.
• Provide backup support to the 2nd shift Night Track team.
• Assist other Logistics Coordinators and Logistics Supervisors as necessary.
